Passion of Travelling for Extraordinary Life

PASSION OF TRAVELLING FOR EXTRAORDINARY LIFE

It's important to know what travelling can do for your relationships and life because these are big factors when it comes to being ready to travel again and enjoy the journey because what we do here on Earth has been proven by scientists that travelling the world can improve relationships, it clears the mind, it improves self-esteem and boosts confidence levels, it teaches us patience and kindness, and it can even inspire us to be happier and healthier too.

The most important part is getting some exercise. As we know, physical activity reduces stress levels so that you can have more energy to connect with others in an attempt to build up their sense of wellbeing. When you’re constantly looking forward to seeing friends and family in their local area, and travelling to see them again then getting to know your neighbors and having lunch together, you are already improving not only your mental health, but also your social, emotional, and physical well-being. Plus you will definitely save money, especially when you’ve got a whole new suitcase with all those extra items. All in all, travelling is good for everyone’s well-being and making your own way as the rest of your life goes on.

The same way that travelling can open up your heart and soul in ways that other activities cannot, travelling can inspire you to feel happier, and it can bring us closer and kinder to ourselves and others. Because what happens to us when we’re busy travelling is nothing when we give our attention entirely to something other than us.

Which means that we need to stop thinking about things that matter and start focusing on the things we value in our lives, like our friends. Travelling lets you experience life in many different ways and see things from many diverse perspectives which creates a wider perspective. For example, when travelling, you might see something amazing or something terrible happening and suddenly become one with them.

Or when travelling you might meet someone who’s completely opposite to you on every level but somehow ends up becoming the closest thing in your life. Whatever it is, it’s what it is. Whether you see how it can bring you closer to people and people around you, or put you into a different perspective, this is an incredible thing. Therefore, travelling can truly benefit your life in many ways and can even inspire you to be happier and more content with yourself.

Travelling can teach you how to understand the nuances of another and what each person feels like. Sometimes when we focus so much on understanding others, it comes at the expense of understanding ourselves. We are limited by the fact that we only view the external aspects of our own lives and we miss out on getting to connect to our innermost selves, and those connections will only come from travelled places where we have seen them in their true form. Traveling can help us see beyond the surface, and see ourselves for Who we Really Are which is a huge step towards finding joy in the process.

When travelling our minds are positively switched. Whether we are travelling out on a camping trip, or travelling back. When travelling we switch off from whatever reality we’ve lived previously, and start travelling somewhere entirely different. This opens up us to ideas we didn’t even know existed and creates the feeling of having more control because we can explore new concepts and ideas for ourselves. Being able to experiment and discover new things is great, but living in a world where we are never given the opportunity to explore new things.

There are few things that are universally loved, but there’s one thing that truly resonates with everyone and that is laughter. When travelling, laughter becomes infectious! The moment it happens, everyone is smiling and laughing uncontrollably. It is also a fantastic thing to do when travelling and is one of the reasons why travelling can be fun.

Find Your Passion in Life

Our generation has a great deal of time on our hands and we tend to spend more. Time without work and time without children can be a time of reflection and introspection for all of us. The things we love in life are not that easily found but rather we look for them out there. As human beings, we have so many things which makes us happy. Whether it is sports, books, family, friends, food, or something else, we all have some sort of interest or love for it.

How our Passions impact our Life

The way I see passion is when you set goals. Your goals should not just be big but they shouldn’t be so hard either. Goals that bring you joy should be achievable. Be willing to try, to make mistakes and accept failures. You want to be an artist or writer, a chef or cook. There is nothing wrong with making mistakes or getting frustrated at times as long as the learning process is worth it. When you are passionate about something, there will almost always be a failure along the way. That is why I say most humans do not know what their real passions are.

Do not worry, finding your true passions can be simple. All you need to do is follow your natural instincts.

It takes self-discovery to discover what your true interests are. Even though most people are interested in finding the right job, finding that perfect relationship, buying stock in stocks, finding a wife, having kids, and being successful in business, many of us still cannot find the thing that makes us truly excited. Without searching for those things, if you really have them, maybe you do not even have enough time. Do not worry, finding your true passions can be simple. All you need to do is follow your natural instincts.

How to find Your Passion

There are various paths in our future. Every ten minutes someone wakes up hungry, thirsty, or in pain. They have no clue what is going on in their life, whether it is stress related health issues, lack of sleep, boredom, illness, money problems, abuse, relationship troubles, etc. If you look around today, you will find that 90% of the world suffers from anxiety and/or depression. People who suffer from these conditions have no idea what their real passions are. One study says that approximately 80% of people who suffer from anxiety and/or depression also suffer from other mental conditions as well! What if these conditions become chronic? What if people are unproductive in their lives because they are unable to find satisfaction and happiness? And what if these same people are the ones suffering from diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, etc.? No matter what this situation looks like, it is never too late for people who struggle with depression or anxiety to start putting themselves first. Start giving yourself the chance, take charge of your own life and learn how to love yourself. Learn how to find your passions and start following your bliss. You have time and space for that. Find your true calling and start loving it.

Start your Passionate Journey

Life doesn’t revolve around your hobbies, social media accounts, or hobbies alone. But in fact, it revolves around your soul and your deepest desire to be known by others for who or what you are without judgment and other distractions. Learning how to live with yourself is crucial. Finding your authentic self is where all dreams begin. This kind of dreaming is what makes sure you can live on with your purpose every day. It is why I am here talking about finding and developing your passions. We all have them, they just need a little effort and guidance to find them. In order for anything to happen, we must feel that someone is loving you and giving you their best. So, you need to go out, get a place to stay, and start showing the love everyone deserves with the hope of finding your truth. Only then will you find your passions and find what makes you truly happy. Enjoy your journey with grace, blessings, compassion, and kindness. Let your emotions run wild and let them lead you to do whatever you choose to do. When you are ready, put your faith in God and trust him to guide you through everything.

One of the dying professor Randy Pausch spoke to the graduating ceremony about the finding passion in life.

We don't beat the reaper by living longer, but by living well, and living fully — for the reaper will come for all of us. The question is: what do we do between the time we're born and the time he shows up. Because when he shows up, it’s too late to do all the things that you’re always gonna, kinda get around to.It is not the things we do in life that we regret on our death bed. It is the things we do not.
